Administrative Assistant, Neurology - Jefferson Center City - Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health

Provide secretarial and organizational support for the activities for the department. Manage all aspects of physician’s activity, including clinical, academic, and administrative functions. Support physician participationin professional societies and publication activities.

• Answer patient phone calls and schedule patient appointments.
• Maintains electronic calendar and arranges/schedules events, conferences, travel and meetings
• Opens and distributes mail.
• Complete department projects
• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the iSCORE values of Jefferson.

High School Diploma or GED.

Previous administrative experience preferred.
