Administrative Assistant

Fusco Personnel is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join our client’s office located in the Financial District of New York. This is a full-time, long-term contract opportunity!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and schedule meeting with both internal and external stakeholders (insurers, industry trade groups, other state regulators)
• Follow-up on deliverable from internal stakeholders
• Handle correspondence, calls, emails and other forms of communication with internal and outside stakeholders
• Prepare reports and other documents
• Manage travel arrangements - planning and organizing itineraries, including booking flight and hotel reservations
• Assist with special projects and research as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• Two years’ experience working as an administrative assistant
• Eligible to work in New York State
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including working experience with Excel, WebEx, and Zoom
• Work individually and as part of a team
• Track and manage reporting projects without daily oversight
• Excellent verbal communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills, including experience managing multiple time-sensitive, complex projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

• Monday through Friday 8:45am- 5:15pm
• Approximately a 2-year contract
• Office is accessible by subway or bus

Salary

• $20.00-25.00/hr
