Administrative Assistant - Beacon Hill Staffing Group

Our client, a global strategy consulting firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their team in NYC. Hours are 8:30/9am-5:00pm and they are currently 3-4 days in office and the rest WFH.

Responsibilities:

• Provide calendar support for 4 - 5 team members
• Book complex travel, both domestic and international, including itineraries
• Process and submit expenses for the team
• Assist with statement of work tracking, printing and billing
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, lunches, zoom set up
• Set up tech and desks for new hires

Qualifications:

• BA/BS highly preferred
• 1+ year of experience as an administrative assistant
• Outlook calendar experience
• High attention to detail and organization

Compensation/Benefits:

• $60K base plus paid overtime and bonus
• Health, dental, vision, company covers cost of deductible
