A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Administrative Assistant.

Position Type: Full-Time, Contract
Duration: 3 months
Location: New York, NY 10014 (Hybrid)

As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

• The Marketing Assistant will work across various areas of the marketing team assisting in the realms of meeting coordination, project management and overall team communications.
• Help schedule meetings, disseminate information, take notes as needed, and other ad hoc requests to support the team, including senior leadership.
• Act as liaison to multiple departments and cross-functional partners across Media including Sales, Business Development/Strategy, Product, PR, Data & Analytics, Monetization, etc.
• Help develop, manage, and update presentations and documents shared with internal and external partners.
• Assist with internal logistics for events (calendar maintenance, material prep, event evaluations, etc.)
• Liaise between Marketing and Sales teams and industry partners to coordinate materials for events and sales initiatives
• Maintain project trackers and help with campaign strategy and organization

The ideal candidate will have:

• The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is ambitious, highly organized and has strong organization and communication skills.
• 2+ years' experience (including internships) in marketing, product, or related field
• Excellent knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs
• Detail-oriented team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dynamic environment

• Passion for media and advertising

Pay Range*: $20-$24 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
