Administrative Assistant
Newport Beach, CA (onsite)
3 Month Contract (potential for extension)
Client is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a corporate real estate brokerage team. This position will provide business operations administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Produce documents such as proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain record-keeping and filing systems.
- Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange travel.
- Conduct research and prepare materials for mass mailings.
- Complete expense reports and reconcile receipts.
- Sort, prioritize, and distribute inbound mail; coordinate outbound mail.
- Handle phone inquiries and resolve issues related to department policies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience.
- High School Diploma.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
- Real estate experience highly preferred.
