Administrative Assistant, Quincy, Temp-to-hire, $23+/hr.
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant who can join our team and immediately hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision and will possess exceptional organizational skills to handle diverse administrative responsibilities and maintain confidentiality. Prior experience in the health care industry and Bilingual are both a plus.
Key responsibilities are but not limited to coordinating special events and meetings ensuring seamless execution. Calendar management, handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. Must be proficient in MS Office, utilize intermediate Excel skills, and leverage excellent PowerPoint skills for creating engaging presentations. Conducting mail mergers, creating labels as needed and executing various admin duties as assigned.
