Schedule: 3pm - 11pm
Pay: $18/hr.
Essential tasks:
Provides administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, including maintaining both physical and digital filing systems. Handles phone calls, directing callers to the appropriate personnel, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and visitors. Qualified candidates will have one year of related experience. Computer skills, typing, Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency are required.
