Responsible for performing various administrative, secretarial and clerical duties. Understands and follows the organization’s policies, procedures and standards. Is an independent worker, meeting the day-to-day needs of the Director of Nursing.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. High School Graduate or Equivalent; college degree preferred.
2. Three to five year’s secretarial experience preferred.
3. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Must exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to learn and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to communicate in additional languages preferred.

Montclair Hospital Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.00 to $31.93. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
