Job Description:

The Marketing Assistant will work across various areas of the marketing team assisting in the realms of meeting coordination, project management and overall team communications. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is ambitious, highly organized and has strong organization and communication skills.



+ Help schedule meetings, disseminate information, take notes as needed, and other ad hoc requests to support the team, including senior leadership


+ Act as liaison to multiple departments and cross-functional partners across DISH Media including Sales, Business Development/Strategy, Product, PR, Data & Analytics, Monetization, etc.


+ Help develop, manage, and update presentations and documents shared with internal and external partners.


+ Assist with internal logistics for events (calendar maintenance, material prep, event evaluations, etc.)


+ Liaise between Marketing and Sales teams and industry partners to coordinate materials for events and sales initiatives


+ Maintain project trackers and help with campaign strategy and organization 



Skills:



+ 2+ years experience (including internships) in marketing, product, or related field


+ Excellent knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office programs


+ Detail-oriented team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dynamic environment


+ Passion for media and advertising
