Busy commercial property management company looking for organized individual to manage fast paced office in Nashua, NH.

• Payroll
• Accounts Payable
• Scheduling
• Budget tracking
• Key control
• Purchase Orders and Contracts
• Contractor Coordination

Experience with YARDI property management software is big plus.

Must be proficient with EXCEL, Word, outlook.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm
