Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will provide organizational and clerical support to ensure the smooth daily operations of Next Coms Talk’s Orlando office. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling communication, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, maintaining records, and providing general office support. The role requires excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
