Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the facility.
• Phone/Customer support:  Answer incoming calls/Front office support
• Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating logistics, and maintaining calendars.
• Documentation Management: Maintain and organize electronic and paper records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Communication Facilitation: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, conveying information clearly and professionally.

Weekly Duties:

• Office Maintenance and Supplies: Oversee the management of office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
• Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by organizing and maintaining candidate records and communications.

Operational Support:

• Company Vehicle Management: Coordinate the usage and maintenance of company vehicles, ensuring they are ready for use when needed.
• Maintenance Tickets Management: Handle ticket submissions for building maintenance, ensuring all facility needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:
