Minimum of 4 years of Administrative Assistant Experience
Preferred experience in real estate or Landlord Tenant
MS Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience a must
Bilingual a plus
8 hour days
Mail receipts, emailing, scanning, faxing, phones, customer service, ability to multitask.
Skills needed: Organization, customer service, multi task, ability to meet deadlines, strong work ethic
