Green Air is a leading provider of commercial, preventative air cleaning services dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and quality. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in a part-time, primarily remote role.
Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will work primarily remotely to provide comprehensive administrative support to Green Air. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organization skills, the ability to multitask, and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will proactively assist in maintaining efficient office operations and ensure a smooth flow of information within the organization.
Attendance at standing onsite meetings will be required occasionally.
Primary Job Duties:
·Direct phone calls, voicemails, emails, and other correspondence timely and appropriately.
·Schedule and coordinate meetings, as needed.
·Maintain and organize electronic filing systems.
·Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
·Prepare and distribute invoices, reports, letters, and other documents regularly.
·Handle customer and employee inquiries by providing excellent customer service.
·Seek continuous improvement opportunities to maximize efficiency in assigned tasks.
·Attend monthly meetings in-person or virtually as a participant and to keep record of the meeting.
·Create reporting dashboard for management team to review information as assigned. Support the management team with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
·Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
·Keep all relevant team members updated with relevant information as required.
·Learns all aspects of duties related to company operations.
·Other duties as assigned
