About the Job
Atlantic Health System is searching for a Part Time Administrative Assistant for the VERY busy office in the Sleep Center in Livingston, NJ. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation for the administrative duties for oncology physicians. The ideal candidate will be responsible for confidential and time sensitive material, familiar with a variety of the oncology concepts to help organize meetings with outside vendors and clinical trial sponsors. The ideal candidate will also need to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Organizes and schedules meetings and appointments, maintains contact list, and answers phone calls.
2. Produces and distributes correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
3. Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and supports in reconciling expense reports.
4. Develops and maintains a filing system.
5. Orders office supplies and books travel arrangements.
6. Provides general support to visitors and provides information by answering questions and requests.
7. May research and create presentations.
8. Prepares and monitors invoices.
9. Performs other related duties as assigned.
