Administrative Assistant - Part Time, Money Management Program - Greater Springfield Senior Services, Inc. (GSSSI)

The Money Management Program Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the program. This 10 hour/week position is responsible for scanning and uploading program documents into agency shared drives. Assists Money Management Supervisor with tracking monthly volunteer reports. Creates and maintains paper client records. Assembles intake and information packets. Prior office experience, excellent computer and organizational skills required.
