Community Hope is looking for part-time Administrative Assistant for our Transitional Housing program.
Providing administrative support to the transitional housing team and assisting with daily office and administrative operations.
Monday-Friday: 20hrs per-week. Flex daytime hours
- Coordinate program staff scheduling and manage shift coverage in Easy Shifts.
- Calls and schedules staff for replacement of leaves of absence.
- Works collaboratively with managers on scheduling issues.
- Provides functional guidance to staff and managers on scheduling processes.
- Prepares and/or composes documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, contracts, forms, financial documents, referral documentation, and other administrative documents from various media formats.
- Enters and verifies persons served insurance information in eMEVS.
- Answers phone calls, provides information to callers, takes messages, and transfer calls to team members.
- Files documents, organizes and purges paper health records, and maintains the program files and file room.
- Sorts and delivers faxes and regular mail, receives and delivers packages to the addressee.
- Faxes, copies, and scans documents as needed.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors and senior managers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma and minimum of 2 years related experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and the use of the Internet.
