About the Job
Adecco is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our client’s team in Pennington, NJ. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our Private Bank Specialized Fiduciary Officers and National Trust Services Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our Trusteed Individual Retirement Account (TIRA) services.

Qualifications:
1-3 years of retirement account or Private Bank administrative experience preferred, but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with ML systems (KD, mainframe, ASAP) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Specialized Fiduciary Officers, Team Leaders, Group Manager, and National Executive.
Work independently and collaboratively with Officers and Team Leaders to deliver accurate and efficient services.
Coordinate with external business partners (Attorneys, CPAs, Fiduciary Accountants, third-party vendors) and internal support partners (FAs, Sales, Tax, Compliance, SAM, ART, Operations, Technology Groups, Trust Administration).
Perform routine administrative tasks, such as account maintenance, account opening, money movement, tax transactions, file retrieval, optical imaging, filing, copying, ordering supplies, making/answering calls, writing letters/emails.
Participate in projects, prepare reports, and conduct research.
Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal/external partners.
Act as a backup for Officers.
Pay Details: $19.61 per day
