Your role as a Administrative Assistant
As a Full-Time Administrative Assistant at the City of Pharr, you will be instrumental in the seamless coordination of office events and meetings, ensuring every detail aligns with our customer-centric approach. You will prepare a variety of essential documents, including invoices, reports, memos, and financial statements, utilizing your expertise in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software. Your role will also involve managing incoming correspondence, efficiently sorting and distributing faxes and emails. In addition, you will scan, upload, file, reconcile, and retrieve critical documents, serving as the administrative liaison for various stakeholders on purchasing, personnel, facilities, and operational matters.
