Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.

• Assist Property Supervisors with reports, budgets, and HUD paperwork.
• Ensure all paperwork is processed in a timely fashion.
• Assess and resolve processing issues.
• Update and improve current processes to increase productivity.
• Enforce Department of Real Estate and HUD rules and regulations as it pertains to daily tasks including Management certs, agreements, and addendums.
• Office organization and supply management.
• Work toward continuous quality improvement.
• Stay current with changing technology, including software and industry specific programs.
• Exercises administrative judgment and assumes responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting staff, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area.
• Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain office filing.
• Open, Stamp and distribution of office mail.
• Print all incoming invoices and faxes for correspondence.
• Provide customer service while answering main office phone.
