The Administrative Assistant gathers and enters information to support corporate office operations. This role involves interaction with management, team members, and other departments. Responsibilities include completing tasks as assigned by department management.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm MST

This role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Responsibilities:

• Travel Booking: Experience in arranging travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

• Professionalism: Maintains a consistent professional demeanor in all interactions with team members, clients, vendors, and external partners.

• Phone Etiquette: Communicates clearly and professionally during phone calls, even in high-pressure situations.

• Time Management: Prioritizes and manages multiple tasks effectively, particularly when facing tight deadlines.

• Ad-Hoc Projects: Manages various short-term or one-off projects as needed.

• Information Gathering: Gathers information as assigned.

• Data Entry: Enters data accurately and in a timely manner.

• Report Preparation: Prepares and provides reports as requested by management.

• Collaboration: Interacts with employees to complete assigned projects as needed.

• File Organization: Organizes and maintains files and records efficiently.

• HS diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job.
• Proficiency with Concur is a plus

The national pay range for this role is $44,400 to $78,800 annually. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
