Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
We are currently seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist at a global asset management firm with a location in San Francisco, CA, 94133.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced administrative support role in a professional services environment.
This role will be working with high level individuals and will need to communicate effectively.
This is a 3-4 month temporary role and will pay up to $30.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.
5 days on-site per week

Responsibilities:
- Administrative support and client service for assigned team
- Schedule and coordinate appointment calendars
- Presentation preparation including editing, collating, and distributing materials
- Assistance with preparation and distribution of monthly and quarterly client reporting materials,
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements
- Coordinate weekly meetings
- Document scanning and filing
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Greet and direct visitors
- Set up conference calls
- Assist in day-to-day operations
- Assist in projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1+ years of administrative experience in fast paced administrative support role in a professional services environment
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Thoroughness, attention to detail and accuracy
