Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist - Screenplay

Location: Vineyard, Utah (near Harley Davidson off 1600N)

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Closed on weekends and holidays)

Starting Pay: $15/hour

Your Role as Administrative Assistant: As a vital member of the team, you'll help oversee key aspects of our operations, ensuring smooth workflows and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

• Managing incoming product and addressing issues (such as missing items or shipments)
• Supervising the 'counting' team to ensure timely processing of products
• Welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Assisting managers with projects and problem-solving as needed
• Handling various tasks to support the team wherever necessary

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong customer service and computer skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Looking for long-term employment
