4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Proactively manage a complex calendar, including travel arrangements and strategic appointment prioritization.
- Plan and coordinate staff meetings, events, and offsites, including agenda management and material preparation.
- Assist with the Rhythm of Business (ROB) scheduling and team calendar items.
- Collaborate with the admin lead to provide cross-support for multiple teams.
- Maintain an understanding of the team's budget, including purchase orders and expenses.
- Manage vendor accounts as necessary.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience, with a focus on scheduling, travel management, and calendar management for executive/upper-level management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Minimum 2+ years supporting an executive in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing circumstances, and solve problems proactively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information.
