Role Summary: Key accounting role includes exposure to and responsibility for a variety of functions, transaction processing, process improvement and financial reporting. Responsible for supervising AP and providing support to the Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, and Senior Financial Analyst/Accounting. As receptionist at the Blythe location, duties will include interacting with clients and the public as they inquire about testing services and submit samples.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the accounts receivable cycle and other programs
- Provide accurate mapping of vendor invoices in the general ledger
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors
- Review vendors and properly account for service provider agreements and forms
- Prepare semi-monthly billing for each client
- Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips
- Maintain 1099 vendor files
- Ensure vendor credits are applied properly
- Effectively communicate with vendors regarding billing questions and payments
- Analyze accounts and assist with payment planning and processing
- Participate in AP automation implementation
- Assist with auditor requests during our annual audit
- Effectively communicate with clients and public regarding testing options
- Schedule and receive samples
What you have:
- High School Diploma
- Detail-oriented

- Net Suite experience preferred
- Intermediate Excel
- QuickBooks experience preferred
