Administrative Assistant at Nesco Resource, LLC

Nesco Resource is looking for an Administrative Assistant for our client located on the westside. If you are able to handle multiple job tasks and prioritize, as well as have job order processing experience apply today!

Pay Rate: $21-$23/hr
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant/Job Processing Facilitator provides job/quote number for all requests for quotes and job setups. This individual is versed in corporate policy and uses tact and diplomacy in dealing with personnel and clients. This individual is trained in ISO requirements and procedures. Is tasked with telephone answering services as well.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Logs all job orders, assigns job numbers, and prepares job setup forms and distributes to appropriate personnel for handling
• Processes all emergency, time & material jobs and distribute to appropriate personnel for completion
• Print weekly Tuesday Ops report & distribute to staff (runs standard report on Navision app)
• Tracks progress of tooling quotations and reports any delays to appropriate staff member
• Prepares most tooling quotations for delivery to client
• Assists Purchasing and Finance in preparing correspondence
• Makes photocopies as appropriate

• Receptionist duties
• Order entry, expediting and ordering for Purchasing as required
• Provide backup support, as needed, for Engineering Administrative Assistant
• Processes packing slips
• Creates mailing labels
• Distributes mail
• Provides backup support to other personnel as needed
• Coordinate internal and/or external meetings
• Organize business luncheons
• Filing
• Prepares shop correspondence as requested

• Office equipment competency/ PC literate
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
• Highschool Diploma
