Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:

• Provide effective written and verbal communication to various audiences within and outside of the organization.
• Utilize well-developed time management and organizational skills to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate advanced skill level in software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook), internet search software, and related information systems.
• Interpret a variety of data and instructions, furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Work independently and as part of our client’s team, accomplishing multiple tasks in an environment with interruptions.

Required Skills for Administrative Assistant:

• Proven experience in an administrative assistant role.
• Experience within a clinical setting is preferred.
• Ability to identify, evaluate and resolve standard problems by selecting appropriate solutions from established options.
• Commitment to ensuring the privacy of each patient’s protected health information.
• Comfortable with a contract position.

Target Compensation: $24.28/hour
