About the Job
Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors
• Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and determine purpose of call and transfer call
• Take and deliver messages
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including scanning, faxing and copying to management
• Document management: Writing and distributing correspondence, taking meeting minutes, and maintaining a filing system
• Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
•Assist with walk in tours and sales calls
Administrative Assistant Qualifications and Skills:
• Must have at least 2 years clerical experience
• Computer and software skills
• Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Must have great organizational skills
• Must have great customer service and interpersonal skills
