Bullfrog Spas Marketing Assistant
The Bullfrog Spas marketing assistant acts as an assistant to marketing team management and supports the marketing group in meeting departmental goals and objectives. Job functions include managing dealer marketing programs, supporting the sales department in their prospecting efforts, dealer event planning, and marketing team project management.
Responsibilities of the marketing assistant include:
- coordinating schedule and correspondences for managers
- act as first point of contact for both internal and external marketing queries
- assist in the coordination and execution of production projects including photo and video shoots
- support the sales team by coordinating the supply of marketing materials
- assist in the creation, sourcing, and presentation to the dealer base of branded materials
- help keep team projects on track by managing project details and task lists
- coordinate with dealers and process requests relating to critical marketing programs
- compiles, formats, and reports information to support team objectives
- assemble and distribute marketing materials to prospective customers
- lead the planning and execution of dealer events and trade shows
- provide receptionist desk and showroom support as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- strong organization and communication skills
- history of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously
- work history should demonstrate a pattern of reliability, creativity, and professionalism
- must be proficient in basic computing including Microsoft Office Suite
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative support or project management role preferred
- experience working in an Agile work environment a plus
Schedule: M-F 8am 5pm with a minimal amount of travel required
Wage: DOE
