We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join the team and help in their mission!
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-8:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist seniors and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and,maintain accurate records.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of newsletters, flyers, and other communication materials.
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Support the planning and coordination of events and activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualification:
- Associates Degree or 60+ college credits.
- 1+ years of previous administrative experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Salary
