Administrative Assistant is responsible for the following;Reporting to President, Partner, managers, engineers and staff to understand current needs and provide exceptional support. You will be responsible for time keeping and record keeping. Must be able to organize, schedule submittal packets. Assisting with proposals. Creating, proofreading, and editing documents (e.G. Agreements, letters). Event and meeting planning and preparation. Coordinate company vehicle maintenance and repair. Prepare (contracts, warranties, etc.) Advisor to President and partner on business processes. Customer service is a huge plus! Must be professional, in a professional atmosphere. Key team player for the company. Must have high degree of personal professional integrity, respect for privacy and confidentiality. High School Diploma GED. Self starter, Motivated. Ability to collaborate with persons, programs, organizations and agencies. Must be able to maintain a high level of communication skills and work well in a diverse group of people.
