Position Summary: First point of contact for visitors.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Answer and direct all incoming calls.
- Greet visitors and advise appropriate personnel of their arrival.
- Send and receive all mail, including FedEx, US Postal and Top Priority Courier.
- Maintain and publish phone lists as changes occur.
- Supports departments in clerical assignments.
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 0 to 1 plus years of general work experience
