Position Requirements:
- Coordinate multiple simultaneous functions in a multi-operational department.
- Strong written communication skills for preparing clear and concise letters, memoranda, and documents with correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Effective oral communication skills to interact with office personnel, school districts, parents, students, applicants, and the public, demonstrating tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to exercise independent thinking and make sound decisions using good judgment.
- Proficient mathematical computation skills.
- Strong reading comprehension skills to interpret policies, regulations, laws, and programs, and explain them accurately to others.
- Excellent record-keeping skills.
- Research skills for gathering and analyzing information.
- Effective human relations skills to maintain positive interactions with others.
