QUALIFICATIONS
- Computer proficiency and great typing skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in an office or administrative position would be preferred but isn't required for this entry-level position. Data entry experience in QuickBooks would be a bonus!
WHAT TO EXPECT
This part-time position normally works Monday - Thursday, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. This schedule can be flexible for the right person, although we do require morning coverage.
Our entry-level Administrative Assistant helps keep our office running smoothly and our clients happy! You tackle various responsibilities, such as coordinating production schedules, communicating with production crew, and developing new methods for optimizing our processes. With an upbeat and pleasant attitude, you speak with customers, answer their questions, and provide order updates and timelines. You also closely oversee our raw materials and finished goods inventory, ordering more supplies as needed. Attentive to detail, you perform data entry, update client files, and process sales orders and invoices to keep our records straight.
