About the Job
Medsave Healthcare TPA Ltd looking to hire an administrative assistant to help with clerical duties. S/he will be responsible for maintaining investor records, assisting with management company bookkeeping, preparing marketing materials, managing office supplies and various other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will be personable, organized, detail-oriented and have a minimum of two years working in an administrative capacity.
Responsibilities:
• Work with our fund administrator to maintain investor books and records
• Assist our CFO & Office Manager with management company bookkeeping, receipt organization, expense reports and 1099 preparation
• Help prepare and update marketing materials
• Order office supplies and maintain office equipment
• Work with our IT provider to resolve IT-related issues
• Various other administrative projects as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years experience working in an administrative capacity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, internet)
• Familiarity with Quickbooks is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
