Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In addition to providing traditional administrative support, this role requires a strong proficiency in Excel. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive and a team player.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Data entry

• Communicating with management

• Assisting with financial budgets

• Experience with licensing, applications and taxes, is preferred but not necessary

This full-time position is located in our Philipsburg office. Salary will be based on experience.
