As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the team by managing office tasks, assisting with scheduling, and providing administrative support to various departments. You'll be the point of contact for internal and external communications and help maintain a productive office environment.

Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Regular attendance is an essential function of all positions.
Must be guided by the highest level of integrity and people-centered care.
Ability to balance multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
Service oriented, detail oriented, self-motivated, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

We began in Dayton in 1964 as the region's first centralized blood bank. Solvita collects and provides all blood products for hospitals in our 15-county region and beyond.
The tissue bank was born in 1986 and is now one of the nation's largest tissue banks. Solvita recovers, processes, and distributes human tissue grafts and is the nation's largest non-profit provider of skin grafts for burn patients.
