About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (Data Entry) to join our client. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing client information to ensure seamless enrollment in the appropriate health insurance plans. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent data entry skills, and possesses a strong understanding of privacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter and update client information into our health insurance database and management systems.
• Review and verify data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy before submission.
• Collaborate with team members to clarify client information and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client data, adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
• Assist in preparing reports, tracking enrollment statuses, and managing documentation.
• Respond to client inquiries and support other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in the health insurance or healthcare industry.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with data management systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of health insurance terminology and processes is preferred.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $24.00
