We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Tax Department as well as various principals and senior managers.

With offices in Tucson, Phoenix, and Nogales, Arizona, we provide accounting, assurance, tax, and advisory services to U.S. and foreign-based entrepreneurs, organizations, and businesses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides administrative assistance including billing, e-filing, data entry, and filing extensions.
- Assists with returning phone calls and emails to clients.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, billing, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
- Assists with processing the daily check deposit.
- Assists with CPE registrations and makes corresponding travel arrangements.
- Provides administrative support to assigned senior managers and principals including, but not limited to electronic filing, scanning, and copying of documents.
- Handles sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to sort through information, assess priorities, and resolve problems efficiently and effectively
- Ability to multi-task with strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to handle time sensitive situations and manage interruptions while also addressing special circumstances
- Ability to appropriately handle confidential staff information
- Ability to attend to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials
Qualifications
- At least four years administrative experience, in a professional setting
- Professional services experience a plus
- A High School Diploma or GED required
