POSITION SUMMARY:
This temporary role supports the finance team by maintaining files, preparing documents, data entry, maintaining confidential records and information, and performing basic office tasks.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages.
- Maintains confidence and protects operations by keeping company information confidential.
- Organize, compile, and update records and documentation.
- Administrative tasks may include but are not limited to filing paperwork, recording data, and maintaining and filing paperwork.
- Provide administrative support for the finance team.
- All other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Effectively plan and demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills
- Demonstrates above-average problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
