The Administrative Assistant role will be responsible for providing administrative support to leadership, managers and other staff as needed, through a variety of tasks related to the organization ensuring that all administration tasks are completed accurately, delivered with high quality, and in a timely manner.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organizes and schedules meetings, appointments, and events.
- Produces and distributes correspondence as requested; prepares and assembles reports, proposals, and other documents.
- Established and maintains job and proposal files.
- Reconciles and submits expense reports.
- Orders office supplies and maintains inventory.
- Arranges travel as requested.
- Provides general support to visiting colleagues and visitors, as needed.
- Maintains a neat and orderly office environment.
- Work independently and unsupervised.
- Gather and analyze data, reason logically and creatively, draw conclusions and problem solving. Make appropriate recommendations as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to prioritize and organize, work well under stress, meet deadlines.
- Skilled in interpersonal communication to assist with all levels of staff and clients.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of traditional office equipment such as copiers, scanners, shredders, and postage machines.
- Skilled with written and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to perform tasks in a safe and responsible manner.
- Skilled with being a self-starter with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team player.
Measures of Performance:
- Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner (10%).
Required Qualification:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative support position is required.
- Valid driver's license is required.

- Mobility: Must be able to stoop, kneel, reach, walk, lift, grasp, feel, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions.
- Hearing: Must be able to hear audible safety alarms.
- Visual Acuity: Must be adequate to perform above listed tasks in a safe manner and perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading.
- Lifting: Must be able to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
