$22.12 - $33.17 an hour - Full Time, weekdays. 32 hours a week.

Boulder Community Health is seeking a Administrative Assistant to Directors, Ambulatory Services who Provides administrative support for several Directors to ensure efficient operations of the departments. The person in this position demonstrates initiative, proficiency, and good judgment to optimize the use of the Director’s time.

Qualifications

•High school graduate required.

•Undergraduate degree preferred.

•Business and secretarial courses preferred.

•Notary Public preferred (current in the State of Colorado).

•Five or more years experience as a mid-level, professional, Administrative Assistant required.

•Experience in a medical office or hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

•Complete all administrative support tasks and special projects assigned by the three directors for Ambulatory Services. This includes, but is not limited to: calendar management, travel arrangement, check request submission, and invoice coding.

•Manage complex scheduling for meetings and events, including coordination with IT, facilities, and catering.

•Support Ambulatory Operations and Innovation Director in running reports and responding to messages via the Epic platform.

•Support successful meetings, including setup for hybrid meetings and taking meeting minutes.

•Provide project management support for directors, as needed.

•Answer calls for the department, addressing needs and redirecting callers, as needed.

•Shares in daily distribution of departmental mail (including inter-departmental tube system)

•Keep the reception area, coffee bar, and copier/mail room neat and well maintained.

•Greet visitors, provide them with necessary assistance, directions, and guidance. Provides some coverage of the front desk/lobby of the Administrative offices.

•Perform all duties associated with daily departmental open/close procedures, as scheduled.
