About Us: We are a growing distribution company specializing in industrial packaging (drums, pails, and bottles). We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant to the Warehouse Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations
- Manage inventory and office tasks
- Communicate effectively with the main office
- Ensure attention to detail in all tasks
- Maintain a professional demeanor and flexibility
Qualifications:
- Clerical experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Professional demeanor, flexibility, and reliability
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
