About the Job
The Advanced Specialty Hospital of Toledo is currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant for our Long Term Acute Care Hospital. This is a Full Time Day Shift position with flexible hours available.
The Administrative Assistant will be the primary administrative support for the day to day operations of the CEO and other senior team members as needed. The Administrative Assistant will also oversee our reception staff and will maintain up to date credentialing for our medical staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Two to three years previous administrative assistant experience is required; Executive Support level experience is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience with credentialing required.
- Proficient with Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills required.
