Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Description:
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties related to department records, files, and training.
- Purchase Order (PO) processing.
- Assist with generating, modifying, and organizing documentation (hard and digital copies) like procedures, risk analysis and other EHS related documents.
- Assist with the approval of Safety supplies, equipment, and uniform processing.
- Assist in the investigation of accidents, injuries, near misses and/or situation where safety procedures were not followed and completed the appropriate reports and/or other paperwork.
- Assist with setting up meetings with various individuals, departments, and/or third parties.
- Assist with Worker’s Compensation record keeping, inspections, assessments, surveys, program evaluations and statistics.
- High School Degree required; some college preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in Occupational Safety.
- Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
