Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Manage appointment scheduling for agents.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Administrative Tasks:
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Data entry and maintenance of client information.
- Prepare and organize documents, files, and reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
