Client Overview:
Our client is a natural resource fabrication company looking to add additional talent to the team. They are dedicated to growth and fostering an atmosphere for continuous learning. They are expanding their team and looking to bring on an Administrative Assistant.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18/hr
Position Overview:
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant with experience supporting their team. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a proven track record of providing top-tier administrative support.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Provide support in the coordination and execution of company events and meetings.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
