Duties

- Assist in calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide support as a customer service receptionist, including client/customer inquiries and managing internal records.
- Ensure the office environment is welcoming and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
