Administrative Assistant - Creative Financial Staffing

CFS has partnered with a local food distribution company looking to add an Administrative Assistant to their Procurement and Merchandising team! This position is located in White Plains, NY and is 100% in office.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the company's procurement portal, including contract approvals and vendor support
• Providing general office management duties like ordering supplies and scheduling meetings
• Maintaining accurate records and documents for the Merchandising department
• Assisting with customer service inquiries and data entry tasks
• Generating weekly reports and other ad-hoc responsibilities as needed

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
