About the Job
Imagine Solutions is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant with experience using Aspire Landscape Software. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced working environment with ability to multi-task. The candidate for this position should have great customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and employees.
Greet incoming visitors and answer any inquires
Conduct any scheduling and creating calendar events
GREAT personality and eagerness to learn
Will Train Ideal Candidate in additional areas:
Bookkeeping in Quickbooks
Payroll and Human Resources
Other Areas, we have lots of room to grow!

Must have worked with Aspire Landscape Software

Some previous administrative experience would be nice.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Pay attention to detail, and the ability to follow special instructions
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred – can speak, read and write.
